Making a Referral

When Should I Refer My Child?    

    1.  Is something just not right?

    2.  Have you noticed a change in grades?

    3.  Have you noticed a change in appearance?

    4.  Have you heard talk of or seen evidence of drugs/alcohol use?

    5.  Has your child become sad/withdrawn?

    6.  Has your child experienced a sudden popularity with different peer groups?

WIN Team communications, information, and records are classified as confidential information.  All information is stored separately from cumulative record information.  WIN Team information that is no longer educationally relevant is destroyed.
