A referral is made through the use of a form or by contacting any one of the WIN    Team members.  Yellow boxes are located in the main office and the library - they are locked and forms are kept confidential.

Information is gathered concerning academics, discipline, behavior, health, appearance, athletics, attendance, and activities.

The WIN Team assesses the need for intervention.

Support and referral services are suggested according to the needs of the student.
